River Of Hope Or Toxic Stream?

When we get mad we should try to get back to glad as soon as possible. Staying mad is unhealthy, burdensome and just makes everything else in life so difficult. When you find yourself getting in a bad mood over something, get over it quickly! Do whatever you have to do to get your joy and peace back! Anger, madness, and meanness leaves a trail of heartache, pain, and destruction behind its wake whereas kindness, goodness, and love leaves encouragement, happiness and hope. What will you and I leave behind each day? A river of hope or a toxic stream?
